Baked vegetables with meat

Get the vegetables you like to be baked and cut them in small pieces. Add condiments (salt, pepper, other spices), add a bit of oil, and mix all togheter. Put them in a baking tray and put 1/3 water. Add some meat pieces on top. Let them to be baked at least 35 min, until the meat change color to brown. Serve near polenta. Enjoy!
